SUMMER REHEARSALS
Rehearsals continue on Tuesday, August 4th!
AUGUST UPDATES
**TIME CHANGE**: All scheduled rehearsals (up to 8/20/25) will be from 9:30-11 AM in the morning to avoid other events happening on campus. The rehearsal on Thursday, August 21st will be from 5:30-7 PM in the evening.

What is Media Day?
Black Band (grades 8-12) will have group & individual photos (in uniform) taken by a professional photographer on this day - individual photo purchases are optional.
These will be our "official" group/individual photos to be used for the 2025-2026 school year.
*Required for all members of this group.
Date - Friday, August 8th
Report Time - 12:30 pm
Report Location - WCJSHS Band Room
How do I order/pay?
Official order forms will be handed out to students during Summer band rehearsals once we have received them.
Families wishing to purchase photos will need to provide the photographer with their order form & payment during our session.
Photos will be received by Mr. Mason or Mrs. Graham-Coldren and passed out to students during school/rehearsal.

What happens if a student misses?
If a student is unable to attend Media Day but would still like to order individual photos, arrangements can be made to accommodate that student using an available photographer.
Unfortunately, students unable to attend Media Day will not be pictured in the 2025-2026 group photo.

FALL REHEARSALS
Once the school year begins, Black Band will rehearse on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
1st Fall (after school) Rehearsal
