SPRING CONCERT - ALL GRADES

Friday, May 8th

*REMINDERS*

Spring Concert: Friday, April 8th @ 7 PM 

*This performance includes all band students in grades 7-12.*   

Schedule:

• 5:59 PM - Students begin warm-ups in the band room

• 6:30 PM - Band Bake Sale begins (Commons Area) & doors open

• 7:00 PM - Concert begins

Concert Attire:

• 7th & 8th Grade - "Concert Black" (All attire must be school dress code appropriate)

• 9-12th Grade - Band Tux or Gown 

Bake Sale: 

• Donations - If you are able to participate in the bake sale, it would be a great help if baked goods were individually wrapped and priced (whole dollar amounts). Drop-off Options: Wednesday, May 6th (7 pm) @ WC Band Booster meeting OR Thursday, May 7th (by 3:30 pm)

• Volunteers - If you are available to volunteer, please contact Lori.  (lori.whipkey@gmail.com)

  A Few Reminders:

• Students should arrive dressed in their concert attire (see above)

• Candy grams will also be available for purchase during the bake sale
