WHAT IS SODEXO?
The WC Band Boosters partner with Sodexo to provide an on-going fundraising opportunity for WC Band students and their families. Sodexo is an organization that manages volunteers to work the concession stands found at popular WVU sporting events and Black Bear Baseball Games
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
WC Band students, families, friends, etc.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
1.Email the Raider Band Boosters to let them know you are interested
2.Complete the required Sodexo Training
Sodexo volunteers who will handle alcohol (cashiers, runners) must complete alcohol training every 3 years. The training is done online and can be accessed at https://www.brainshark.com/teamcoalition/SodexoWVUL2.
Training will take approximately 2 hours to complete. You must view ALL the slides and listen to ALL the audio in order to satisfy the training completion criteria and reach the certification test.
Must have stable, strong internet, audio, and video.
If you do not plan to complete the training at one time, you must return to the training from the same device and the same Wi-Fi connection. Check “REMEMBER ME” box on the first screen.
After completion, Sodexo at WVU will receive your results and certification card.
All Sodexo volunteers must review the attached food safety sheet and take the quiz.
3.Contact the Raider Band Boosters to communicate which Sodexo event you would like to work

4.The funds earned during the event will be credited to your student account
